COMMISSIONING MANAGER


Location: Red Oak, TX

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits

Travel: Project-Based Assignment | Up to 100% Travel

Travel Expenses: Company-paid lodging, meals, transportation, and project-related expenses

Location Note: Local candidates preferred. Travel accommodations available as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the commissioning program from design review through turnover and occupancy.

• Manage commissioning schedules and coordinate commissioning milestones with overall construction activities.

• Direct Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning activities including integrated systems testing.

• Oversee electrical and mechanical commissioning teams, vendors, and startup personnel.

• Chair commissioning meetings and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders.

• Manage commissioning documentation, issue logs, testing records, and turnover packages.

• Coordinate functional testing, load bank testing, failure-mode testing, and black-building scenarios.

• Ensure all commissioning activities are executed safely and in compliance with site procedures.

• Drive issue resolution and maintain accountability for schedule, quality, and commissioning readiness.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of data center commissioning experience.

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical critical infrastructure systems.

• Experience leading integrated systems testing and startup activities.

• Experience working directly with owners, contractors, vendors, and commissioning providers.

• Ability to work full-time on active construction sites and support critical project milestones.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $140,000 - $170,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits
