Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Northern Indiana (Field-Based)
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee utility construction projects in Northern Indiana. This role is responsible for managing the successful execution of multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements are consistently met. The position is customer-facing and requires regular on-site presence in varying weather conditions. This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Conduct on-site project meetings and interface directly with customers, utility representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Track and report on project budgets, schedules, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide leadership to field supervisors, foremen, and crews to ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior leadership and customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing and future business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in utility construction (electric transmission, distribution, or related sectors).
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on-time, and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in the field in all weather conditions.
- Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license required.
