Job Title: Business Development Manager – NETA Testing
Salary: $60-$160K base + commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to increase sales of NETA testing services.
- Identify and build new customer relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, field service, marketing) to create tailored service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to maintain a strong industry presence.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable and competitive deals.
