DATA CENTER QA/QC MANAGER


Location: Lubbock, TX area supporting two project sites

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits

Travel: Project-Based Assignment | Up to 100% Travel

Travel Expenses: Company-paid lodging, meals, transportation, and project-related expenses

Location Note: Local candidates strongly encouraged. Travel accommodations available as needed.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

The successful candidate is someone who understands that QA/QC is not paperwork for the sake of paperwork. It is about protecting the project, supporting the field team, and helping ensure critical systems are built, documented, tested, and turned over the right way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support QA/QC oversight across two active data center project sites in the Lubbock market.

• Track installation quality, deficiencies, punch items, and corrective actions through verified closure.

• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and owner-side project teams to support turnover readiness.

• Review documentation, test records, inspection results, photos, and closeout packages.

• Help maintain alignment between project specifications, field installation, commissioning requirements, and owner expectations.

• Support field walks, readiness reviews, quality meetings, and issue resolution.

• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of relevant data center experience.

• Experience with commissioning, construction quality, MEP coordination, or owner-side QA/QC programs.

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in active construction environments.

• Experience managing punch lists, deficiencies, documentation, and turnover packages.

• Ability to work full-time on active project sites in the Lubbock area.
