My client, a well-established organisation based in Greater Manchester, is seeking an HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join their HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR advice and supporting a wide range of people initiatives.
Working within a collaborative HR function, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to support effective people management, employee engagement and continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on employee relations support with involvement in HR projects, policy development and organisational initiatives.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business while supporting the delivery of HR strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys a visible and varied HR role, partnering with managers in a fast-paced environment and supporting both day-to-day HR matters and wider HR initiatives.
