People Operations Lead

 

Paying up to £55k

12-month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is looking for a People Operations Lead to bring structure, consistency, and smart processes across the entire employee lifecycle. From onboarding to promotions, performance cycles to offboarding—you’ll make it all run seamlessly.

 

You’ll partner with senior leaders, support managers, and drive key People initiatives, all while improving systems, workflows, and data visibility in a dynamic, evolving environment.

 

Key responsibilities of the People Operations Lead:

  • Own and optimise People processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead delivery of core initiatives (performance, promotions, comp reviews)
  • Standardise workflows, documentation, and policies globally
  • Strengthen controls, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Improve People systems (HRIS, ATS, performance tools) and reporting
  • Support managers with clear guidance, timelines, and communications
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities

 

Key requirements for the People Operations Lead:

  • Proven experience in People/HR Operations within a fast-paced, scaling business
  • Strong process design and project management skills
  • Experience supporting international teams
  • Detail-focused, but commercially minded
  • Confident communicator who can influence and drive change
  • Comfortable owning priorities in a lean, evolving environment
