Are you a strategic HR professional who thrives on partnering with senior leaders and shaping people strategies that drive organisational success?
My client, a large and complex public sector organisation based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established HR team. This is a genuinely strategic partnering role, focused on aligning organisational priorities with people strategy to support performance, culture and long-term workforce capability.
Working within a well-structured HR function that includes a dedicated Employee Relations team, this role allows you to focus on true business partnering rather than day-to-day case management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into effective people plans, using data and insight to support decision-making and deliver tangible outcomes.
This role will support a large operational area of approximately 400 employees and reports into a Senior HR Business Partner within a wider HR Business Partnering team.
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working on strategic HR initiatives and partnering with leaders to deliver long-term people outcomes, rather than focusing primarily on operational HR casework.
