Asset Renewal Construction Manager – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
We are seeking an experienced Asset Renewal Construction Manager to oversee multiple infrastructure renewal projects at LAX. This role serves as the airport owner’s representative, managing pre-construction and construction activities focused on replacing end-of-life assets such as MEP, fire and security systems, utilities, transportation systems, and building enclosures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of airport construction projects to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Coordinate with airport stakeholders to minimize operational impacts and ensure transparent communication.
- Oversee contractors, review design and construction documents, manage submittals, RFIs, and change proposals.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, and provide regular reports to program management.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications:

15+ years of construction management experience, ideally in a large airport or complex operating environment.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, Design-Build).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s or PMP/PE preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and familiar with project management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

- Full-time, on-site at LAX (Monday–Friday).
