RedGreen Partners a seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join an entrepreneurial and forward thinking organisation as Lead HR Business Partner in their Lancashire headquarters.
Reporting into the CPO, you’ll coach, develop and lead a high-impact team of two HR BP’s and work closely with the wider HR team.

You will be a solutions finder with a pragmatic approach to challenges and work in a changeable environment both autonomously and as a team. The ability to combine strategic thinking with HR operational knowledge is essential, as is practical and common-sense approach to HR related matters.
