RedGreen Partners a seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join an entrepreneurial and forward thinking organisation as Lead HR Business Partner in their Lancashire headquarters. 

Reporting into the CPO, you’ll coach, develop and lead a high-impact team of two HR BP’s and work closely with the wider HR team. 

Duties will include:

• Deliver strategic People initiatives that directly influence margin performance, workforce productivity, and cost optimisation.
• Align the People strategy with business goals, ensuring measurable value is always added.
• Lead workforce planning, drive data-led decisions, and champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being.

Whether you’re an experienced People Manager or looking for that next step on the career ladder, this role is pivotal in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture while supporting key projects including M&A, organisational design and TUPE delivery. 

You will be a solutions finder with a pragmatic approach to challenges and work in a changeable environment both autonomously and as a team. The ability to combine strategic thinking with HR operational knowledge is essential, as is practical and common-sense approach to HR related matters.
