RedGreen Partners are seeking a proactive Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join a small but busy HR team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about both recruitment and HR.


The role will entail:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
  • Handling new starter onboarding, including right-to-work checks, creating contract support.
  • Creating and maintaining recruitment reports and KPIs to help drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the HR team with first-line employee queries and transactional HR tasks such as contracts, letters, and system updates.


Who this would suit:

This role is ideal for someone with in-house recruitment experience who’s looking to broaden their exposure to HR. You’ll be confident working independently, have great attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.


What’s on offer:

  • A salary of £25,000 - £30,000
