RedGreen Partners are delighted to be supporting a north west based, mission-driven organisation as they look to grow their team with a HR Advisor role.


The Company are a rapidly expanding, profit for purpose, provider of social care. This HR Advisor opportunity exists for a suitably experienced candidate to bolster the existing HR team and grow their own career.


About the role


In this hybrid role, reporting to a HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will be involved with:


  • Contributing to the delivery of people initiatives that support engagement, talent development, succession planning, retention, and diversity across the growing organisation
  • Providing sound practical advice and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures and best practices
  • Building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders, supporting them with people-related challenges and promoting a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Support absence processes, including return-to-work interviews and Occupational Health referrals, ensuring appropriate interventions and adjustments are in place.
  • Use HR systems effectively to support data-led decisions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Assist with a variety of value-add HR projects as the HR team evolves, always looking for and suggesting opportunities to improve ways of working

 

About you


We are looking for a HR professional keen to grow and develop their career over time withing the HR team. You will have a good grounding in generalist HR alongside strong ER expertise. Exposure to a fast paced, commercially led climate would be advantageous within this mission led business. As would a self-motivated outlook and a genuine ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships by offering outstanding service and being part of a cohesive team.


What’s on offer


Salary up to £37k plus a range of benefits


Working pattern

Hybrid. The role is based from home with no set office days. However, it will involve attendance at Head Office in the north west on average one day per week, and potential site visits on occasion. Any travel is expensed.
