Senior HR Business Partner – AI Transformation

Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term Contract

RedGreen Partners are supporting a fast paced, acquisitive, global FTSE listed business based in the East Midlands in their search for a Senior HR Business Partner to assist them through AI transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in change environments, enjoys working at pace, and can translate complex transformation programmes into clear, practical people outcomes.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, specialist AI enablement teams, and People Centres of Expertise to ensure the organisation is structured, skilled, engaged and ready to deliver AI-led change successfully.

About the role

You’ll focus on making sure the people plan lands and not just the technology.

Key focus areas include:

• Partnering with senior leaders on AI-driven transformation and operating model change
• Leading organisation design activity and supporting role evolution aligned to automation/AI initiatives
• Driving workforce planning, capability mapping and future-ready team structures
• Enabling effective learning strategies and leadership capability to support AI adoption
• Supporting and leading change management, engagement and communication to embed sustainable adoption
• Working collaboratively with People specialists to deliver practical, measurable outcomes

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced (Senior) Business Partner or Consultant with strong transformation credentials and confidence working in ambiguity.

You’ll bring:

• Solid experience as a leading change, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-led environment
• A proven track record in organisation design, workforce planning, and change management
• Comfort supporting technology-enabled transformation (digital, data, automation or AI)
• A commercial, pragmatic mindset with the ability to challenge and influence credibly
• The ability to operate effectively in complex, evolving environments
