Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50:50 Office and Home)

As the TA BP, you'll have the autonomy to develop innovative recruitment strategies, improve processes, and ensure the organisation is offering outstanding candidate experience.
Working as part of an established HR and L&D team, you will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining the best talent out there.

About you
We’re looking for a TA professional with the passion to create a better end to end recruitment process. You will bring a deep understanding of talent attraction and it’s importance to the entire employer brand. Enjoying creating and completing recruitment campaigns is essential. Having performed in a fast paced, often demanding environment would be a pre-requisite in this newly created, attractive role. A willingness to develop and grow your career should be important to you within the Company's established HR function.
What’s on offer?
Base salary up to £45,000.

The working pattern is hybrid with a rough expectation to be on site 50% of the working week. It’s yours to decide.
