Are you an energetic, people focused HR leader who loves shaping culture, developing teams and using data to drive real business impact? This fast growing Manchester based tech company is expanding across the UK and internationally, and we are looking for a Head of People who wants to be part of that journey.

This is a brand new role reporting into the CPO and working closely with the senior leadership team. You will lead the day to day People function including HR operations, performance, engagement and reward, making sure the business has the tools, insight and frameworks it needs to grow at pace.

You will know HR inside out and enjoy using data to influence decisions, improve productivity and drive companywide initiatives. There is huge opportunity to explore and implement AI in HR, and you will work closely with the Recruitment and Talent team to build a brilliant employee experience from end to end.

You will also lead and develop an enthusiastic HR team who are eager to learn and push themselves. Your coaching, support and guidance will help them become one of the strongest People teams in the sector.

This role would suit an experienced People Lead or someone ready for their first step into a Head of People position. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is commercially aware, collaborative, confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable travelling to Manchester three days a week.
