RedGreen Partners are currently looking to attract a HR Business Partner on behalf of a fast paced, acquisitive, global FTSE listed business in the East Midlands.

About the role

Operating as an essential part of the HR Business Partnering team, and reporting to the Head of HR you will be required to:


  • Operate as a trusted strategic partner to senior warehouse and logistics leaders, influencing decisions and driving people-focused solutions
  • Develop and implement a tailored people plan for your site, supporting the overarching group people strategy
  • Lead on organisational design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose
  • Drive talent attraction, retention, and development strategies to support succession planning
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on proactive employee relations and change management
  • Collaborate with other people teams to deliver transformational change projects
  • Act as a visible advocate for the company’s purpose and values, fostering a values-driven culture
  • Identify and build best practice frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance people and business performance


About you


We’re looking to attract a true HR generalist keen to take on a fresh challenge in this fast paced, ever evolving, technology driven and unionised setting. Your logistics and distribution partnering knowledge will set you apart and will have given you a pragmatic, yet positive approach to how you manage tasks. A broad skillset encompassing talent management, employee relations, change management, union negotiation and succession planning will set you up for success in this hugely important role in the people team.  


What’s on offer


Salary up to £70,000 plus a range of benefits.


This role is a site-based opportunity and would suit those within the East Midlands and South Yorkshire areas.
