RedGreen Partners are supporting a high-energy and forward-thinking organisation who are on a high growth trajectory. Due to this growth, a newly established Sales Trainer opportunity is required for their Training Academy in Bolton.
Reporting into the Academy Manager and part of the wider L&D function, you will support in developing and managing a comprehensive Academy Programme that equips their newly hired salesforce with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed and excel in their roles.

The successful candidate will be from a sales background but have learning and development experience and the flair and expertise to coach, develop and motivate at all levels. Excellent communication skills is a given, as is strong problem-solving skills.
An engaging, energetic individual who knows what behaviours are required to be successful will put you in good stead – maybe you’ve successfully run a sales team before?
You must be able to juggle lots of deadlines and work unaided and strong organisational skills to create and maintain Academy Programme schedules is essential.
Salary on offer is £30k - £35k and the role is based on site in Bolton. Benefits include 25 days holiday (rising to 28), enhanced mat/pat leave, onsite gym and café.
