RedGreen Partners have been retained by a global manufacturing organisation to recruit a newly created role as HR Manager.
They are currently embarking on a period of change and transformation within HR to create a centralised European HR hub with regional HR teams. This role will be instrumental in leading and developing the HR Hub for the UK, Ireland and Nordics.
Alongside the day to day management of all employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and data management processes. You will also work closely with local management and act as a change ambassador for the implementation of consistent gold standard People & Culture initiatives, processes and policies. Headcount in your region is c300 - 350
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of supporting the UK and European/Global entities is an advantage. You will be a hands on individual with an operational and strategic outlook and an expertise and knowledge in payroll and time management systems is ideal.
A manufacturing/engineering background will put you in good stead for this role but cultural fit is also essential. It’s a global business with an entrepreneurial flair and family feel so they require someone who is driven by their humility and human focused approach.
You will be open minded with a pragmatic approach to challenges. A solutions finder who can work in a changeable environment both autonomously and as a team. People management and development is also a must.
On offer is a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + bonus + 9% contribution pension. Hybrid working of c 2 days on site (Greater Manchester). European travel will be required on a quarterly basis.
