Interim HR Manager, Hybrid (Conwy, North Wales), Full Time or Part Time Considered
RedGreen Partners are looking to attract an interim HR Manager on behalf of a fast paced, expanding business based in North Wales.
As the business reach a critical stage in their growth the role exists for an experienced HR generalist to assist the Organisation in every day HR activity.
The Interim HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all matters related to:
· Employee Relations
· Payroll (via bureau)
· Recruitment
· Onboarding & Offboarding
· Board Reporting
· Any other HR related tasks
The role could be considered on a full-time or part-time basis. It is offered on an initial 3 month contract but has potential to be extended.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to commence a role at relatively short notice. Your HR expertise will be gained from roles within a fast paced, commercially driven environment. You’ll enjoy variety and being the HR team to some extent.
This role will be on a hybrid basis. Therefore you must be able to reach North Wales (Conwy) for at least part of the week.
Salary c£55,000 + benefits
