Seeking a highly professional, dedicated, and nurturing live-in nanny to join a warm, active family in caring for four children—two girls (ages 12 and 9) and two boys (ages 5 and 3). The family resides in a nice home with a swimming pool, and two friendly dogs are part of the household. The nanny will be provided with a private two-bedroom guest house on the property. The ideal candidate is an experienced childcare professional with a strong, genuine passion for fostering children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, planning creative play and learning experiences, assisting with light meal prep, and ensuring a safe and loving environment. Comfort around pets, flexibility, and a proactive, warm demeanor are essential.
Nanny Position (Live-In or Live-Out) with an active Family

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year + $400 monthly health stipend

Schedule:
• Full-time position, with emphasis on afternoon and evening hours. Occasional weekend hours (you will be given a weekday off if you are asked to work on a weekend day) with flexibility to accommodate schedule variations.
The schedule includes children’s school drop-offs and pick-ups (7:40 AM–3:45 PM, varying by child).
• Provide attentive, high-quality care for four children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, crafts, and games to promote intellectual and creative growth.
• Prepare simple children's meals (at times).
• Perform light household tasks, including organizing children’s closets, managing their laundry, and maintaining tidy spaces (note: a housekeeper attends 3 days per week for deeper cleaning).
• Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, or appointments using the family’s vehicle (personal vehicle preferred for non-work-related use).
• Foster a warm, supportive environment with good structure and discipline
Qualifications:
• Early Childhood Certification or equivalent professional experience in teaching or child development.
• Demonstrated experience as a nanny or in a comparable childcare role, with a focus on active engagement.
• Strong swimming proficiency to ensure safe supervision during pool activities.
• Basic cooking skills to prepare child-appropriate meals.
• Professional, reliable, personable, and affectionate demeanor, with a commitment to minimizing personal device use during work hours.
• Comfortable working in a home with two dogs.
• Valid driver’s license; personal vehicle preferred, though family vehicle provided for child-related transportation.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
