This is a fulfilling PA role supporting a driven, intellectually formidable woman who continues to build a nationally recognized 


advocacy platform from her home. She is a public health advocate living with a serious chronic illness, and her work is making a real impact.

Schedule:   Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 30 hours per week


                 Including on-call availability support if and when they arise.


 Location:    Greenwich, CT


 Hourly:     60/hr. with a 1-week vacation


10% bonus earned after completion of the first full year of employment



Household & Care Coordination


·    Manage and build a caregiver team, ensuring seamless 24/7 coverage — recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, 


      scheduling, supervising, and processing bi-  weekly payroll


·    Coordinate all medical needs: prescriptions, twice-weekly IV infusions, in-home testing, medical billing, insurance follow-up, and supply orders


·    Oversee household operations, including maintenance, vendors, shopping, and daily task management


·    Maintain close, proactive communication with the principal, caregivers, and family


·    This role requires someone who leads with discretion and emotional intelligence, thrives in a private home environment, and can manage 


      both the detail and the big picture with equal confidence.


Qualifications / Requirements


·    Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a home care or similar private home environment


·    College Degree


·    Exceptional empathy, discretion, and loyalty toward the patient


·    Highly organized, dedicated, and reliable


·    Upbeat, warm, positive, and cheerful 


·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills


·    Strong computer skills and proficiency in posting jobs on multiple websites


·    Highly proactive and resourceful with the ability to solve problems independently


·    Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances


·    Valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and legal to work in the USA.


·    Non-smoker with no recreational drug use
