Position:                   Live-out Nanny/Family Assistant

Schedule:                 Monday – Friday, 12 – 8pm, except for Thursday (2 – 10pm to accommodate weekly date night)

Location:                  Scarsdale, NY

Salary:                       $40-50/hour based on experience

Overview:

An active family of four is seeking a warm and loving full-time Nanny/Family Assistant to help with the care and development of their two children (ages 8 & 6). The Nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the children’s care, household organization, cooking, and driving (school pickups, local errands, etc.).

Responsibilities:

·      Care for the children, nurture their development, and help manage their schedules/activities

·      Driving for the children and handling local errands, including daily school pickups and taking children to activities/appointments (car provided)

·      Support the overall organization of the home; light housekeeping & laundry as needed

·      Plan and prepare simple, family-style dinner each night

Character:

·      Loving, caring and energetic

·      Capable, self-confident and proactive

·      Very good communicator, both written and verbal

·      Ability to adjust to and accommodate changing circumstances

Requirements:

·      Excellent, stable work history and references

·      Must be able to drive with clean driving record; car will be provided

·      Looking for long-term commitment; become part of the family and evolve as children get older

·      Proficiency in French preferred

·      Available to start on Aug. 31
