We are is seeking a Head of Partnerships & Growth — a builder who can take an innovative fashion technology product to market and drive traction through high-value partnerships with fashion retailers.


Our client is a fashion technology company solving one of ecommerce’s biggest challenges: getting fit right. Their software helps online retailers and brands boost conversions and reduce costly returns by giving shoppers confidence in their sizing.


The Opportunity:


This is a ground-floor, high-impact role where you will:

  • Be the first commercial hire and own the go-to-market strategy.
  • Close the first 75+ retail partnerships in Year 1.
  • Build scalable revenue systems, processes, and playbooks from scratch.
  • Position our client’s solution as a conversion-boosting and returns-reduction tool for ecommerce and fashion brands.
  • Lay the foundation for a commercial team, recruiting talent once early traction is achieved.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Entry & Sales Execution

  • Drive B2B partnerships with fashion retailers and ecommerce brands.
  • Develop and own the sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Secure 75+ retail partners within the first 12 months.


Revenue Leadership

  • Deliver against ARR and partner adoption targets.
  • Negotiate revenue-share partnerships with retailers.
  • Report to the CEO on revenue performance, risks, and opportunities.


Strategic Positioning & Partnerships

  • Position the solution as a must-have ROI tool for increasing conversions and reducing returns.
  • Identify high-value market segments and anchor clients.
  • Explore strategic partnerships with ecommerce platforms and fashion groups.


Team Building & Scaling

  • Define the commercial organization structure.
  • Build a high-performing sales and partnerships team once early traction is secured.
  • Instill a performance-driven culture with clear KPI's.


Candidate Profile:


The ideal candidate is a revenue-focused operator who blends industry credibility with startup hustle.


Must-Have Experience:

  • 7+ years in fashion, ecommerce, or retail tech, with strong business development and sales execution experience.
  • Proven ability to close enterprise or mid-market deals in retail/ecommerce.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience negotiating revenue-share or SaaS licensing models.

  • Builder mentality: thrives in zero-to-one environments.
  • Both strategic thinker and hands-on closer.
  • Comfortable as a solo operator initially, then as a team builder.
  • Strong storytelling and relationship skills with retailers and brands.
  • Data- and results-driven, with sharp commercial instincts.
