What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the entire sales process — from sourcing and engaging new prospects to running discovery calls, delivering demos, managing follow-ups, and closing deals.

Prospecting: Identify and target B2B companies across industries like construction, professional services, and wholesale distribution using a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn, and automation tools.

Discovery & Qualification: Lead initial conversations, uncover client pain points (e.g., slow payments, manual AR processes), and guide prospects toward the right solution.

Sales Automation Execution: Confidently use the sales tech stack — CRM, sequencing tools, lead enrichment platforms — to scale outreach and stay organized throughout the deal cycle.

Strategy Feedback Loop: Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, campaign logic, and deal approach based on feedback and outcomes.

Reporting: Log activities, track performance, and share actionable insights to help shape the go-to-market engine.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years in a B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or BDR role (fintech or payments a bonus).
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach).
- A natural curiosity about tools and automation — not necessarily an expert, but someone who enjoys working smarter with systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication — clear, engaging, and consultative.
- Self-directed and goal-oriented — able to manage your own pipeline while contributing to team success.
