Location: Huntingdon but UK travel required

Salary: £30,000–£45,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

The company is now seeking a Field Service Engineer who is dedicated, technically capable, and eager to learn. This role would suit an experienced service engineer or a motivated individual looking to grow and develop their technical skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.


Role Overview


The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing medical and aesthetic laser and light systems at clinics across the UK. The successful candidate will provide high-quality service and technical support to clients, ensuring equipment functions safely and efficiently while maintaining the company’s commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure medical and aesthetic equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting on a range of systems and machinery.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, providing on-site technical support as required.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance.
  • Train customers on the safe and effective use of equipment and software.
  • Communicate client feedback to the engineering team to support product improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations while on-site.


Candidate Requirements

  • Some technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think clearly under pressure.
  • Previous field service experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • A valid UK driving licence is required for travel to client locations.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
