Regional Sales Manager – North UK
Location: North UK, ideally based in or around Manchester area
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Circa £45-50k basic + car/car allowance, laptop, mobile + uncapped commission (OTE circa £90k)
A pioneering British technology company in the catering equipment sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its high-performing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent award-winning, innovative products that are transforming the professional kitchen space with high-efficiency, low-energy technology.
This field-based role is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-term relationships with dealers, end users, and stakeholders across the North of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth and increase market share across the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the catering industry
- Promote and educate partners and customers on the benefits of cutting-edge cooking technologies
- Meet and exceed sales targets, working independently and in line with company KPIs
- Work closely with the wider sales, marketing, and technical teams to support client success
- Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer engagement
- Act as a brand ambassador, attending trade events, demonstrations, and client meetings
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the catering, foodservice, or kitchen equipment industry
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable introducing and promoting disruptive technologies to the market
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously in the field
- Strategic and analytical approach to business development
- Experience working with dealer networks and end users
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and general IT tools
