Sales Executive

Salary: circa £26,000 - £28,000 DOE + uncapped commission after probation

Hours: Mon 08:30–16:30, Tues–Fri 08:30–17:00 office based

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Hunt down new business opportunities and turn them into wins
• Build lasting relationships with clients old and new
• Smash sales targets and push past limits
• Negotiate with confidence and close deals like a pro
• Drive revenue growth with smart lead generation and qualification

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in sales (telesales or similar)
• Natural closer who understands the full sales cycle
• Confident communicator – on the phone, face-to-face, and in writing
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
• A born relationship-builder with genuine people skills
