Success Profile
The Contract Recruiter is a key partner in our client’s success. Collaborating closely with the ProLogic HR team, they will manage multiple searches across industries, from professional roles to high-volume skilled-trade positions. This role demands an experienced professional who can work independently, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality candidates that align with client needs. This role is flexible, remote, and perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced, diverse recruiting environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the ProLogic HR team to manage active searches.
- Write and refine compelling job postings.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and creative channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens.
- Present qualified shortlists with notes/recommendations.
- Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Track activity and pipeline progress in our systems.
- Administer assessments and think creatively about skill and fit assessment
What We’re Looking For
- Recruiting Experience: 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, ideally across both professional and high-volume roles with an established personal network.
- Resourceful Sourcer: Proven ability to find and engage candidates beyond job postings.
- Strong Communicator: Polished, personable, and able to represent client brands well.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Flexible & Independent: Able to manage workload efficiently and pivot between very different types of roles.
- Results-Oriented: Driven to fill roles with the RIGHT people, not just “manage the process.”
Compensation
- Contract role: Approximately 10–12 hours/week.
- Pay structure: monthly retainer + successful placement bonuses.
