JOB TITLE Maintenance Supervisor
DIVISION /DEPARTMENT Maintenance REPORTS TO Site Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Maintenance Technicians utilizing techniques and Lean concepts with the intent of
improving process flows, reducing operational expenses, and improving productivity.
Implement and strongly follow Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Procedures
Responsible for equipment and facility maintenance and technicians.
6S Champion for facility working with cross-functional teams to implement EH&S and 6S
improvements.
Analyze and challenge existing procedures in areas of responsibility throughout the facilities,
making recommendations, and working with the operational management to integrate
solutions.
Provides guidance and support to Plant Management team by identifying Continuous
Improvement opportunities and supporting other department goals with staff.
Develops, Implements, and Improves manufacturing processes, tools, equipment, and work
activities, to meet and exceed the company's safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Additional responsibilities include tracking KPI’s for reduction of downtime and optimizing line
output.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of seven years of industrial or manufacturing-related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Technical training, or equivalent technical experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
Demonstrated leadership experience
Maintenance experience with electrical devices such as pumps, motors and drive units
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Ability to set and achieve goals with minimum supervision. Demonstrated solid teamwork,
interpersonal and planning skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Works in production/office environments
Frequently sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, or bending
Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Able to work 8-12 hour shifts standing
