Workforce Genetics is currently seeking a Cost & Financial Analyst.  

The Cost & Financial Analyst will impact both cost accounting and FP&A functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing cost tracking through ERP and production systems
• Analyze monthly variances, including overhead, labor, and absorption rates
• Support inventory valuation, proposal costing, and gross margin analysis
• Review inventory with supply chain and reconcile discrepancies
• Review product pricing and operational cost planning
• Develop and maintain costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts
• Lead variance analysis and reporting cycles
• Oversee budgeting, capital planning, and analysis
• Track and close projects efficiently
• Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and scenario planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of cost accounting or FP&A experience
• SAP experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
