Workforce Genetics is partnering with a rapidly growing health plan to hire a seasoned Program Benefit Consultant who thrives in the field and brings strategic energy to member engagement.

This nationally focused role offers a hybrid work environment when not traveling and plays a pivotal part in expanding visibility and enrollment across new markets.

As Program Benefit Consultant, you’ll lead initiatives that connect members to their benefits, strengthen relationships with HR partners, and drive plan growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute member engagement strategies across multiple markets

• Serve as a field liaison, delivering in-person and virtual benefit education

• Lead strategic event planning, health fairs, and member education events

• Coordinate national marketing and training programs

• Analyze market data, competitive trends, and enrollment data

• Support other functional areas and continue to drive new membership

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Previous experience in marketing, program outreach, and education content creation and presentation

• Strong background in health insurance

• Willingness to travel 50% nationally

• Prior experience with federal employee health benefits

In accordance with Maryland pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
