Workforce Genetics Professional Services is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People & Performance, to join a growing organization in the Baltimore metro area.
This is a hands-on role, leading a team of other HRBPs and Generalists expected to help reshape the employee experience across the organization and contribute to employee relations, performance management, HRIS implementations, and other HR related projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team
• Guide workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational design
• Oversee HRIS implementation and optimization to enhance HR processes
• Drive performance management initiatives and executive coaching programs
• Manage HR projects to support organizational change and growth
• Align talent strategies with business goals and employee experience initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and team dynamics
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• PHR or SPHR certification required
• Proven experience in employee relations, HRIS implementation, performance management, executive coaching, and HR project management
• Previous experience working in a decentralized environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, be on-site at various locations as needed.
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, anticipated range: $110,000 – $125,000 annually
