Workforce Genetics is working with a leader in the Senior Care industry to identify an experienced Executive Director to lead and scale their Des Plaines, IL location.

This high-impact leadership role offers the opportunity to drive growth, strengthen teams, and enhance client experience across the region.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead strategic planning, daily operations, and business development initiatives
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and compliance to ensure sustainability and regulatory alignment
• Build and mentor high-performing care and office teams
• Foster community relationships and innovative partnerships to drive market expansion
• Improve quality and care outcomes through data-driven initiatives and operational rigor

Experience:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in private duty senior care / home care
• Proven success in scaling teams, driving revenue, and managing compliance
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker
• Background in billing, auditing, and process-oriented operational models
• Prior experience in a Client Services and/or Business Development role

This is a fully onsite role with the ability to work off-hours as needed due to the nature of the business.
