We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Roofing Field Service Technician to join our Production team.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced roofing professional who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, taking pride in quality workmanship, and interacting with homeowners.

You'll work on a variety of residential roofing and exterior projects, including roof repairs, installations, maintenance, roof cleaning, gutters, and related work.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in roofing or a related residential construction environment and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential roofing minor installations, repairs, maintenance, and service work.
• Work with roofing materials, products, systems, tools, and equipment.
• Complete roof cleanings, gutter work, and related exterior services.
• Identify and troubleshoot job-site issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Inspect completed work and make necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate daily job progress with the Production Manager.
• Maintain accurate job-site information, paperwork, and material records.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractor crews.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in roofing or related residential construction.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, products, and systems.
• Experience with residential roof installation, repair, maintenance, or service work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to meet daily schedules.
• Professional and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required background check.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on field position. Candidates must be comfortable:

• Climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Standing, walking, bending, and working with tools throughout the day.
• Traveling between the O'LYN office and customer job sites.
