About Salt & Stone
Salt & Stone is a performance skincare brand rooted in connection to nature and driven by the pursuit of balance. We create products that elevate daily rituals and celebrate a lifestyle of wellness, design, and adventure.
We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our growing creative team. This is the first dedicated hire for production at Salt & Stone and will be instrumental in shaping how our content comes to life across product, campaign, and editorial shoots.
The Role
As Content Producer, you’ll lead the end-to-end production process for photo and video shoots, working across still life, lifestyle, and editorial content. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly from concept through delivery—owning logistics, managing timelines, and coordinating across internal and external partners.
It’s about building, managing, and executing high-quality production that reflects the Salt & Stone brand.
What You’ll Do
-
Shoot Production: Manage production for recurring shoots, including:
- Bi-monthly still life shoots (coordination, scheduling, invoicing, product shipping)
- Lifestyle shoots in LA every 1–2 months
-
Project Management: Serve as the production point of contact for cross-functional requests, ensuring deadlines are met across teams.
-
On-Set Leadership: Be present on set to manage logistics and ensure shoots run smoothly.
-
Art Buying & Rights Management: Oversee photographer/DP/talent sourcing and contracts; track usage rights for all creative assets.
-
Calendar & Pipeline Planning: Build a 4+ month production calendar, forecasting needs for upcoming launches and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
-
Pre- & Post-Production: Handle everything from initial planning and budgeting through wrap, asset delivery, and usage tracking.
Who You Are
- A seasoned producer with a background in content production (agency, studio, or in-house).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines.
- Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and creative vendors.
- Strong understanding of beauty, product, and lifestyle production.
- A collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional environments and can anticipate needs before they become challenges.
Preferred Backgrounds
- Experience at production houses, creative agencies, or studios with a focus on content production.
- Beauty, skincare, or product photography production experience strongly preferred.
- Project/account management experience with creative teams a plus
