Position Summary
As the project manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, content, and product launches, ensuring projects are executed on time, on scope, and to brand standards. Acting as a central point of coordination for all internal cross functional stakeholders, and external stakeholders to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
The ideal candidate is a strategic executor with strong project management fundamentals, exceptional organizational skills, and a bias toward action. You bring clarity to complex workflows, balance competing priorities, and keep teams accountable to timelines and deliverables. You are experienced in building and optimizing scalable creative processes, enabling teams to work efficiently while delivering high-impact, customer-facing work.
- Own end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives and workstreams.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive alignment, clarify ownership, and execute complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Act as the primary bridge between Marketing and Creative, partnering with Creative Operations, internal creative and production teams to enable rigorous planning and ontime delivery.
- Build, maintain, and optimize project plans, timelines, dependencies, and workflows using Wrike and Asana to ensure on-time, on-scope execution.
- Manage integrated launch calendars.
- Partner with channel and functional leads to intake, prioritize, and connect requests into unified project plans aligned to broader campaign milestones.
- Facilitate project briefs and key working sessions with a deep understanding of objectives, scope, and risks, enabling proactive guidance and informed pivots.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, driving clarity on deliverables, risks, and next steps while holding teams accountable to timelines.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for growth marketing initiatives, including paid media, direct mail, and test-and-learn programs.
- Support brand and product launch campaigns, ensuring creative assets are delivered on brief, on brand, and deployment-ready across channels.
- Track creative and production deliverables, feedback cycles, and approvals to maintain momentum and minimize bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain asset trackers, deliverable specifications, and creative toolkits, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoices, maintaining accurate trackers and partnering with finance as needed.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating and resolving issues before they impact timelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operations and workflow processes, implementing scalable systems that support efficiency and growth.
- Create campaign recap decks and reporting materials by synthesizing inputs across teams.
- Provide clear, concise executive-level status reporting, including weekly updates, roadblocks, and forward-looking risk assessments.
- Operate as part of a centralized project management team, leveraging Wrike as the primary workflow tool while integrating with other project management platforms to ensure consistency and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in project management within marketing, creative, or agency environments, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, budgets, and dependencies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of creative and marketing workflows, including production processes, asset development, and campaign execution.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience partnering with internal teams and external vendors, driving alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, facilitate collaboration, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Wrike and Asana, with working knowledge of Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Bynder and other tools used to manage creative and marketing workflows.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to provide concise updates and escalate risks appropriately.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a continuous improvement approach to process and operations.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a centralized project management team.
