Our client, a global Fintech company, is building a best-in-class in-house creative team, designed to move fast, think boldly, and deliver world-class creative. We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our in-house Creative team, reporting to the Executive Producer. In this role, you’ll be the dedicated production lead for the in-house productions, scheduled quarterly. You’ll adeptly manage stakeholders, timelines and production decisions, while coordinating shoot logistics, booking crew, line-production, and post production responsibilities. You will also support one large brand campaign in 2026.


This role will be a mix of on-site and remote. In-office requirements are primarily for shoot needs at our studio in San Francisco.

6 month contract, 40 hours/week

$75-80/hour


In this role, you can expect to:


Operations & Process

  • Lead complex productions, managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain vendor and crew relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements in cost, time, and workflows.

Technical & Creative Production

  • Oversee the execution, and delivery of a wide range of creative projects - integrated campaigns, TV, content series, product launches, and more.
  • Manage million dollar production budgets for Brand campaigns with celebrity talent
  • Line-produce in-house shoots by coordinating crew and talent in our HQ office in downtown San Francisco

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 7–10 years of experience in production management, with expertise in video and content capture.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes campaigns and vendor relationships.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows across broadcast, digital, social, and content platforms.
  • Expertise in project management, budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for creative work, balanced with discipline in operations and execution.
  • Agency and/or in-house experience.
