with a UX researcher supporting across pods.

Current hiring needs:

Consumer Pod:

●Experience working in undefined or evolving problem spaces

●Able to balance multiple workstreams and priorities

●Strong 0→1 product thinking

Strong UI / Visual Craft:

●Experience working across full customer journeys, not just isolated features

Bonus Experience:

●Highly regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, banking)

●Understanding of constraints and compliance without slowing down delivery

Candidates that are not a fit:

●Designers who require highly structured environments or detailed tickets

●Candidates with experience limited to a single feature area

Additional Notes:

●This is not a traditional enterprise healthcare role — the team operates with a high level

of autonomy and speed

●Designers are expected to move fluidly between concept work and production

●Strong collaboration and communication are key given the cross-functional pod structure

●The team is growing quickly and looking to scale from ~10 to ~15–20 members
