About the role:
Our client, a mission-driven fintech company, is looking for a mid-level designer with video editing capabilities to join their Corporate Affairs team on a full-time contract basis (40 hours/week) through the summer, with potential to extend. You'll work as an embedded creative partner across social, editorial, web, and internal communications — helping establish a more cohesive visual identity across channels during a high-priority period of brand evolution and a busy events season. This is a design-first role with growing video support needs.
What you'll work on:

Social — design ongoing assets for LinkedIn and X, including quote cards, data visualizations, and campaign content

Editorial — elevate the design treatment of key publications, including a corporate newsletter and an internal newsletter

Web — support a website redesign implementation across the main site, career site, blog, and related web surfaces

Video — edit executive interview cutdowns, event content, and special projects such as a New York office opening

Ad hoc — event materials, annual publications, and other projects as they arise
What we're looking for:
- Strong design-first background with some video editing experience — a designer with editing chops, not the other way around
- Sharp visual judgment and ability to work within established brand guidelines while applying an evolving visual refresh
- Comfort using or exploring AI-enabled creative workflows
- Ability to execute quickly and thoughtfully across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
