Job Title: Associate Creative Director
As an Associate Creative Director, you will support the vision, development, and execution of creative initiatives across a wide range of multimedia projects while helping guide and inspire a team of designers and creative professionals. This role requires a strategic and collaborative thinker with a strong visual sensibility, a passion for storytelling and design, and the ability to create compelling, forward-thinking creative that elevates the brand. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative point of view who thrives on building engaging brand experiences and contributing innovative ideas. The ideal candidate brings strong creative leadership skills, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to balance conceptual thinking with hands-on creative execution in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to senior creative leadership, you will help shape and evolve the brand’s creative vision by contributing thoughtful direction, maintaining high standards for design excellence, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
• Support and mentor the creative team through art direction, feedback, and hands-on creative guidance across all phases of project development.
• Help lead the creative direction of integrated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and high-quality execution across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to develop compelling visual experiences for advertising, branding, social content, presentations, and other campaign assets.
• Contribute to creative strategy through trend research, concept development, brainstorming sessions, and campaign reviews.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• This role is based on-site at our Atlanta office.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing/Design major preferred.
• 7–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools, including AI image and video generation platforms, with the ability to enhance concept development, content creation,and creative workflows while maintaining brand integrity and quality.
• Motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing skills are a plus.
