Senior Interactive Brand Designer

Client is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance.

Client is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others.

Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.

The Role

Client is seeking an Interactive Brand Designer with a strong focus on web design to help bring our product and brand ideas to life through high-impact digital experiences. In this role, you’ll design and evolve key parts of our website, including marketing pages, campaign pages, and interactive storytelling moments. You’ll translate complex product concepts into clear, visually compelling web experiences that balance brand expression, usability, and performance.

As part of a small brand design team, you’ll have meaningful ownership over the look and feel of hightouch.com. While web is the primary focus, you’ll also occasionally contribute to adjacent brand touchpoints such as product illustrations, social content, and event experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product design, and engineering to ship high-quality web experiences that support go-to-market efforts and elevate our brand.

This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, where your work will have a direct and visible impact on the marketing organization and the broader company. You’ll help shape a cohesive, high-quality brand experience across digital touchpoints that leaves a lasting impression on our audience.

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop responsive web experiences while maintaining brand consistency, user experience, and accessibility standards.
  • Build and maintain a component-based design system to streamline content updates.
  • Develop rapid prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterating quickly based on feedback.
  • Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand story across all platforms.
  • Ability to take ownership of a variety of projects, ranging from web pages to digital ad campaigns.
  • Stay at the forefront of web design trends, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 4+ years as a web or interactive designer at a studio or in-house setting. Bonus points if you’ve worked on B2B data products.
  • Craft: A strong grasp of layout, color theory, and typography, with the ability to apply these principles across a variety of assets.
  • Team player: You exhibit kindness and humility. Seeking to understand your teammates and assuming good intentions.
  • Communication: You have good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate your creative decisions clearly.
  • Curious mindset: You’re eager to learn and understand technical concepts to ensure your design decisions are well-informed.
  • Growth mindset: You’re constantly seeking opportunities to improve your craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Tools: You’re proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Fully remote. We have offices in SF and NYC but not mandatory for in-office work.
