Senior Coordinator - Marketing

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Senior Marketing Coordinator to

support key marketing initiatives across brand, influencer, and social. In this role, you’ll

collaborate cross-functionally to help bring campaigns to life, maintain brand consistency, and

drive engagement through thoughtful execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone

who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about health and


wellness.

Location: Remote (with quarterly travel to Miami HQ)

Reports to: Head of Brand Content

Salary: 70k-90k (depending on experience)


Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Support

● Support the Senior Brand Manager in execution of integrated marketing campaigns,

including product launches, brand collaborations, and seasonal moments.

● Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to bring brand-building initiatives to life

through thoughtful coordination and execution across all channels.

● Assist in developing marketing toolkits and briefs to ensure cohesive messaging and

execution.


Influencer & Brand Partnerships Support

● Assist in identifying and vetting new influencer/partnership opportunities aligned with

brand objectives.

● Partner with creative strategies to create briefs for content creators that reflect our

brand voice


Social Media & Content Coordination

● Support Senior Social Media Manager day-to-day social media operations, including

scheduling, publishing, and community management.

● Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager to capture video & photo content that are

engaging and on-brand

● Source UGC (User-Generated Content) creators and handle communications.

● Assist in content ideation and planning to support brand campaigns, cultural moments,

and evergreen storytelling.


Project Management

● Support the management and maintenance of the marketing calendar to ensure

cross-functional visibility and alignment across brand moments, campaigns, and

product launches.

● Provide administrative support to the broader marketing team as needed.

● Assist in the planning and execution of department events, including logistics

coordination and on-site support.

● Collect and ship products and materials for photoshoots and marketing needs.

● Monitor the marketing team's Asana board to ensure shoot boards are consistently

updated.


Reporting & Insights

● Support the tracking and reporting of key marketing metrics across brand campaigns.

● Support competitive research and consumer insights initiatives, helping to gather,

organize, and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and identify growth

opportunities.

● Stay up-to-date on marketing, social, and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas and

insights to the team to help inform strategies and creative concepts.


Requirements:

● 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the health, wellness, or CPG

industry.

● Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage

multiple projects at once.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand voice and

visual consistency.


● A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive

into the details.

● Passion for wellness and an interest in building a purpose-driven brand.

● Basic knowledge of social media photography and video production is a plus.
