To support our growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager – Partnerships, to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships this role will work across multiple teams and channels while shaping high-impact partnerships. In this role, you’ll work on podcast/audio, social media, email, and affiliate programs, giving you a full-spectrum view of digital marketing while building relationships that move the needle for a growing, ambitious brand.

What You’ll Do


Lead Affiliate Program Growth (key focus)

  • Own recruitment, and onboarding of new influencer and content affiliates
  • Nurture and optimize top-performing affiliate relationships.
  • Test offers; commission structures, and creative to drive incremental revenue.
  • Monitor performance and identify growth levers


Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns

  • Manage podcast and audio sponsorships, from creative briefing to campaign measurement.
  • Ensure ad reads and integrations are on-brand, optimized, and delivering ROI.
  • Coordinate with hosts and networks to expand placements and negotiate opportunities.
  • Oversee cross-channel partner campaigns across social, email, audio, and influencer content.
  • Collaborate on co-branded creative, messaging, and timelines.


Be the Internal Hub for Partnerships

  • Coordinate across brand, paid, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution and maximize partner impact.








What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years working in a growing marketing team, ideally with direct experience in partnerships and affiliate marketing.
  • You’ve set up or scaled an affiliate program and know how to make it perform — but now you’re ready to do more than just affiliates.
  • You’ve executed campaigns on social media, email, or audio platforms, and you’re eager to sharpen those skills while learning new ones.
  • You love seeing measurable results from your work and can spot trends in the data.
  • You’re relationship-driven and thrive when connecting people, brands, and ideas.
  • You’re strong in your current role and hungry for a challenge that expands your scope.
  • You’ve ideally had some experience working with tools like shopify, superaffiliate, skimlinks etc...


Candidates with a background in the health and wellness industry, specifically supplements, skincare, and healthy aging products is an advantage.

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 - $100,000. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as location, experience and qualifications for the role, skillset, and balancing internal equity.
