Get to Know Táche
First things first: it’s pronounced Táche, like splash.
Founded in 2020 after five years of development, Táche is the original pistachio milk. Made with real pistachios and without added oils, Táche was created to offer a more delicious, nutritious and sustainable alternative to traditional plant-based milk.
What began as a category-creating idea has grown into a high-growth beverage brand found in thousands of grocery stores and cafés nationwide. Táche has expanded from its direct-to-consumer roots into major retail, foodservice and hospitality partners, with a growing portfolio that includes barista blends, everyday refrigerated and shelf-stable milks, ready-to-drink beverages and category-defining innovations like Three-Ingredient Pistachio Milk.
Along the way, Táche has earned recognition for both its products and its leadership. In 2025 alone, the brand received more than five major awards, including Best Milk from the Good Housekeeping Kitchen Awards, while founder and CEO Roxana Saidi was named to Inc.’s Female Founders 500 list in both 2025 and 2026.
Táche sits at the intersection of food, design, culture and modern wellness. We are building more than a beverage brand. We are expanding what pistachio can be and setting a new standard for how an emerging category looks, tastes and shows up in the world.
Getting to Know Us
We’re a small, ambitious team of beverage enthusiasts, ingredient obsessives and brand builders united by a shared commitment to creating something exceptional. We care deeply about the quality of our products, the strength of our relationships and the impact we have on our customers, communities and planet.
Our five values guide how we work, make decisions and grow together:
- Care - We care deeply for our people, our products, our company, our planet, and our community. “Checking the box” becomes obsolete when we nurture, protect, and cherish the work that we do thoughtfully. We value showing kindness to our teammates as well as being kind to oneself.
- Excellence - We set very high standards for ourselves, each other, and the work that we do. It is our high level of excellence across collaboration, resourcefulness, and follow-through that we are able to make the world a Táche better.
- Innovation - Bold thinking leads to bold ideas. We are not only building a new category, but an entirely new way of thinking about pistachios, alt-milk, and more. As the first pistachio milk in North America, it’s central is our brand’s ethos that we continue to lead in food and beverage innovation.
- Integrity - Consistent and uncompromising, we value the integrity of principles, health, product, and brand. We know as both individuals and as a team, integrity is part of the fabric that binds us and is a layer in everything we do.
- Pistachios - With an unparalleled heritage and history dating back to 7000 BC, pistachios are at the heart of everything we make. Pistachios are a centerpiece of the Middle Eastern home and we embrace their cultural significance. Known as “the smiling nut,” these healthy nuts have now started to emerge in the US in a new and exciting way.
