The Role
We are partnering with a B2B SaaS start-up (Series B) that is looking for an Events & Field Marketing Manager / Snr Manager to lead the execution of high-impact marketing experiences across the US. You will both architect and execute events and field initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and deepen customer relationships — positioning the brand as the leading platform for risk operations.
You'll report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with sales and product teams. Our audiences — compliance leaders, fraud teams, CTOs, and operators at high-growth fintechs — are sophisticated and discerning. Our goal is for every in-person touchpoint to reflect that with creativity, originality and elegance.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute regional field marketing programs including industry conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, roundtables, panels, VIP dinners, fireside chats, and owned brand experiences
- Build a complementary virtual event program — webinars, virtual roundtables, and digital activations — to extend reach beyond in-person moments
- Own event execution end-to-end: venue and vendor selection, attendee communications, GTM enablement, content and speaker preparation, onsite delivery, budget management, lead capture, and post-event follow-up
- Partner closely with sales and strategy teams to align field programs with pipeline goals, account priorities, and revenue outcomes
- Deliver integrated campaigns that amplify field programs across email, social, digital, and out-of-home channels
- Identify and activate the brand’s customers for speaking engagements, case studies, and local advocacy opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance — measuring ROI and key metrics to inform optimization and future planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas to elevate the attendee experience and consistently reinforce the company’s brand at every touchpoint
- Manage and report on an ongoing event budget with rigor and transparency
What You'll Need
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or events production — ideally in SaaS, fintech, regtech, or AI
- Proven track record planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive measurable pipeline and brand awareness
- Strong project management chops — you can juggle multiple programs at different stages without dropping the ball
- Comfort operating in both reactive mode (placing an executive on a panel in 72 hours) and proactive mode (conceiving and executing a brand hosted event end-to-end over months)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM tools is a plus
- Familiarity with the compliance, fraud, or identity landscape is a strong plus — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to learn fast
Who You Are
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are energized, not exhausted, by ambiguity
- You are an owner — self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions without a playbook
- You care about craft — the details matter to you, from venue selection to follow-up copy
- You are curious about AI, financial regulation, and the infrastructure that makes modern finance work
- You are collaborative, organized, and genuinely kind to the people you work with
