The Head of Growth will oversee Marketing and eCommerce, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all owned channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will guide a small, high-performing team that blends creativity, analytics, and storytelling to deliver commercial impact. You will own the full growth funnel, driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across owned and paid channels.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategy spanning brand, digital, retention, and retail acceleration.
- Define and track growth KPIs across CAC, MER, LTV, and repeat purchase rates.
- Forecast revenue, identify white-space opportunities, and guide investment decisions.
Brand & Marketing
- Lead brand marketing, community, influencer, and campaign strategy to drive awareness and cultural relevance.
- Oversee creative and social storytelling to ensure brand voice and identity remain consistent and vibrant across channels.
- Manage and evaluate agency partnerships, balancing external expertise with internal capability-building.
E-Commerce & Retention
- Own growth and optimization of digital channels including DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop
- Drive performance improvements across CRO, AOV, subscription & loyalty programs.
- Lead retention and CRM, owning lifecycle marketing and community engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Performance & Analytics
- Oversee media buying and channel optimization for high ROAS campaign performance.
- Leverage data and attribution insights to guide creative testing and funnel optimization.
- Manage marketing performance dashboard integrating data from Shopify, GA4, and paid media platforms to distill insights and develop strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in beauty, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven record of scaling DTC and omnichannel revenue.
- Strong analytical chops with expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute nimbly in a startup environment.
- Experience with storytelling, consumer psychology, and premium brand positioning.
