Social, Influencer & Creator Manager (Full-Time)
Role Summary The Social, Influencer & Creator Manager will help develop and scale Freestyle's creator and influencer strategy. This role is responsible for executing, growing, and evolving the creator ecosystem through strong relationships, campaign management, and cultural relevance. You will treat creators as a core media channel, helping transform brand strategy into real-world impact across both DTC and retail (Target, Walmart). This is a relationship-driven, execution-focused role with strategic and cultural input.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and help evolve the influencer and creator strategy set by leadership
- Help build and maintain the monthly content calendar in partnership with team
- Build and scale creator ecosystems across macro, mid, micro, and seeding tiers
- Manage creator outreach, relationships, and long-term partnerships
- Lead negotiations, contracts, usage rights, and renewals
- Write and manage creator briefs aligned with brand campaigns, retail moments, and cultural behaviors
- Execute creator campaigns for both the retail and DTC business
- Manage affiliate programs (ShopMy, links, tracking, payouts)
- Own creator budget execution, pacing, and performance reporting
- Identify new creators and emerging cultural voices aligned with the brand
- Partner with paid media teams on whitelisting and amplification
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen future creator strategy
- Partner closely with Community Manager to integrate TYB and community insights
Cultural & Consumer Insight
- Stay deeply plugged into creator, digital, and parent culture across platforms
- Identify culturally relevant moments, behaviors, and conversations that creators can authentically tap into
- Translate cultural insights into creator selection, briefs, and storytelling angles
- Maintain a strong POV on what feels authentic vs. forced within social platforms
- Ensure creator content reflects how modern parents actually live, speak, and engage — not just product features
Ideal Background
- 3–6+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
- Experience with retail-driven creator campaigns
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
- Familiar with influencer, affiliate, and social platforms
- Culturally fluent with strong intuition for trends, tone, and audience behavior
