We're partnering with a fast-growing apparel brand looking for a junior-level hybrid creative who can support video editing, motion design, and production coordination across a wide mix of brand and retail initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role on a small but rapidly evolving team—perfect for someone scrappy, fast, and excited to grow.
What You’ll Work On
- Support the design team with video slicing, light design tasks, and day-to-day production needs
- Edit TikTok + Instagram Reels, including cutting UGC content and social-first videos
- Handle fast-turnaround creative requests for retail and e-commerce environments
- Organize and maintain digital assets within the DAM (Creative Force) and help streamline structure
- Manage Figma updates, Basecamp communication, and general coordination
- Add basic animation and motion elements to elevate video content
- Partner closely with the VP of Brand Marketing for reviews, alignment, and creative direction
Nice to Have
- Based in Houston or open to periodic onsite visits for in-store shoots and HQ filming
- Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (editing, enhancement, ideation)
