About the Opportunity


Join the Brand Studio of an AI-powered spend platform serving companies from startups to enterprises. This role comes at a moment of meaningful evolution as the client define sand rolls out a new visual identity. Ideal for a designer who enjoys execution, craft, and collaboration in environments where not everything is fully defined yet. You'll produce high-quality visual assets across marketing deliverables including one-pagers, presentations, social assets, emails, banners, and event materials. Based in the San Francisco office with a requirement to work in-office 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).


What You'll Do

  • Execute visual design in a fast-moving environment, applying strong judgment around layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Create, adapt, resize, and reformat assets for print, digital, advertising, presentations, sales collateral, and templates
  • Translate early concepts and in-progress direction into clear, polished design outputs
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use with close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Take ownership of assigned work, balancing multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality expectations


What's Required

  • 1+ years of experience in graphic or production design
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Portfolio demonstrating solid fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual design
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality even when timelines are tight
  • Clear communicator who asks good questions and collaborates effectively

  • Bachelor's degree in Design (graphic, visual communication, interaction, product, industrial, or related field), or equivalent practical experience


What's a Bonus

  • Fluent and comfortable using generative AI tools like Midjourney, Visual Electric, etc.
  • Able to follow existing workflows and file conventions, and adapt as new ones are introduced
  • Takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously
  • Experience contributing feedback, ideas, and observations that help improve team processes
  • Experience supporting design teams in delivering thoughtful, well-crafted work during brand evolution
