Paid Social Video Editor (Contract, 10-20 hrs/week)
About the Opportunity: Our client consumer health & wellness brand, is looking for a Video Editor who can help scale their paid social creative engine on Meta and TikTok.
What You'll Do:
- Edit UGC footage into polished, performance-driven paid social ads
- Remix and iterate on past top-performing creative
- Produce cutdowns and multi-format versions of assets for testing
- Optimize every edit for hook strength, pacing, and retention
What's Required:
- Proven experience editing paid social ads for Meta and TikTok (not broadcast or OTT)
- Deep understanding of performance creative principles — hooks, retention, and driving action
- CPG, health & wellness, or consumable goods brand experience
- Strong portfolio of scroll-stopping, platform-native work
What's Preferred:
- Comfortable iterating and scaling from an existing asset library rather than building from scratch
- Experience producing high-volume variations for A/B and multivariate testing
- Familiarity with DTC brand aesthetics and health-conscious consumer expectations
What's a Bonus:
- Background in supplements, probiotics, or consumer goods
