We’re looking for a culturally fluent, creatively driven Social Media Manager to shape and grow a bathing brand's digital presence. This role will oversee the strategy, content, and day-to-day

management of our global social channels—including Instagram and LinkedIn, and Instagram, Substack and TikTok (future) for a secondary account.


This is an exciting time to join our team. We're preparing to launch our first major projects, and you'll be instrumental in building our brand presence. The ideal candidate lives and breathes

social media and is passionate about culture, storytelling, and experimentation. You’ll be both a creative maker and a strategic thinker—crafting compelling content, cultivating community, and

using data to continually raise the bar.

What You’ll Do

Based in NYC and reporting to the US Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll lead the strategic planning and execution of our global and US social media programs—driving creative

output, ensuring operational excellence, and helping shape how the brands shows up in culture. More specifically:


● Strategy & Channel Management: Lead and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok (future), and

Substack

● Content Planning: Develop and manage editorial content calendars, ensuring content is aligned with brand priorities, cultural moments, and channel best practices

● Content Creation: Create engaging original content (video, photo, copy) in collaboration with internal teams and external creatives Community Building: Build and nurture vibrant social communities, driving conversation, engagement, and follower growth

● Community Management: Monitor and respond to community interactions in a timely thoughtful brand voice

● Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize content

● Trendspotting & Experimentation: Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and platform updates—bringing fresh ideas and creative experimentation to the table

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Brand, PR, and Events teams to amplify campaigns and initiatives


What We’re Looking For

● 5–7 years of experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands, ideally in

lifestyle, culture, or wellness sectors

● Proven ability to grow and engage communities across multiple platforms

Strong creative eye and content creation skills (photography, video, copywriting, editing)

● Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and analytics

● Strong cultural curiosity and pulse on emerging trends

● Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making

● Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and hands-on approach, collaborative spirit

● Experience with Microsoft Suite, Box, and marketing tools such as Google Suite, Asana,

and/or Monday.com

● Experience and interest in AI and other burgeoning technology

● Enthusiasm for urban communities, wellness culture, and an interest in thermal bathing

is a plus

● Some travel will be required
